So, when headlines purporting the antioxidant powers of pomegranate are splashed across the front pages of every magazine, do you stock up on pomegranates. Of course you do! In the last seven years, new products have appeared on the market that contain no trans fats and low salt levels. More products are also now touting the inclusion of omega-3s and probiotics.
Overall, I have to say that the results of this survey indicate a really positive change. It’s about time that we, the consumers, use our buying power to change the food we eat for the better.
