I scream, you scream

Actually, you probably shouldn’t scream out loud – noise laws and such. Adding a little bit of ice cream or whipped cream transforms your cocktail from a plain beverage to a dessert worthy of a Mór.

Irish Stout Ice Cream Float

1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 bottle Irish stout

Scoop ice cream into two pint glasses. Pour stout over the ice cream until glasses are full. Enjoy an adult version of a root beer float!

9 oz Kahlua
9 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
Whipped cream
Gold sprinkles

In 6 double shot glasses, pour 1.5 oz of Kahlua and 1.5 oz of Bailey’s. Top with whipped cream, garnish with sprinkles and say Sláinte!
