Add a little Crème de Menthe

In Ireland, mint is slang for beautiful or great – and these cocktails are definitely great. Serve one up to that lucky lass you think is mint.

1 oz De Kuyper Crème de Menthe liqueur
1 oz De Kuyper Crème de Cacao White
1 oz Double heavy cream

Shake all ingredients in the shaker and fine strain in a chilled glass. Garnish with a mint sprig, raspberry and grated cacao.

1.5 oz Grants Family Reserve Blended Whisky
1.5 oz De Kuyper Crème de Menthe liqueur

Half fill a tumbler glass with ice cubes. Pour in the Crème de Menthe, then add whisky. Stir gently.
