The Passionate Coco: Summer Love
It’s fun to relive the moments of our youth. Jean-Pierre Belonni, bartender at the Burlock Coast at The Ritz-Carlton in Fort Lauderdale created the Passionate Coco, inspired by his favorite ice cream growing up.
The Passionate Coco

1 1/2 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
1/4 oz Frangelico
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 oz passionfruit syrup
Build, shake and strain over pebble ice in a tiki glass or tall glass. Garnish with two pineapple leaves.
