About 20% of this wild-fermented SB is aged in new French oak barrels. The nose shows spiced pear, citrus, lanolin, mango and notes of bruised tropical fruit. It has nice weight and texture on the palate with a mélange of ripe and fleshy fruit flavours and lovely spice notes through the finish.
