Pale straw in colour. Lightly spicy and floral grapefruit nose and beginning to develop petrol notes. Light- to medium-bodied, great tension between Meyer lemon acidity and honeyed grapefruit flavours. Beautifully balanced and lingering with an intriguing touch of bitterness on the finish for added interest.
