‘SAS,’ as I like to call her, has crafted her finest Riesling to date. From 14-year-old vines, this bottle delivers bergamot, citrus, peach, lime and minerals on the nose. In the mouth, honey, apples and grapefruit are thrown into the mix. It is a touch off-dry with an exuberant acid that gives definition and carries the length. Drink it now until 2016.
