So named because the winery owners inherited a good deal of the variety not well known in BC but grown for ice wine. Instead they opted for a table wine. Vibrant aromas of pear and zest notes followed by a luscious, juicy pear and tropical plate with good mouthfeel and just enough acidity to keep it structured.
