This rich golden-hued cider crafted on Gabriola Island in British Columbia changes every year based on the orchard's apple crop. The 2017 version has aromas of young cantaloupe, Queen Anne’s Lace and wet stone. This off-dry sparkling cider has a medium body and firm tannins with flavours of Granny Smith apple skins and mint.
