A new project from wine marketing guru Christine Coletta. With the number of respected wine experts involved, this wine had better be good ... and it is. Bright, clean and zesty with refreshing citrus and pear aromas and flavours, a classic Okanagan savoury quality, finishing with a soft, yet lifted acidity. Very young in so many ways, both the winery and the wine, but shows loads of elegance and potential. The inaugural vintage is good, but future vintages should be even better.
Shows deep gold/straw colour from bottle development, with softly scented green apple and floral notes on the nose. Pure green apple and mineral flavours backed by bright acidity accurately reflect the simple elegance of cool Burgundian terroir.
Clear medium-deep garnet. Nose of raspberries, strawberries, leather and spice. Light-bodied with simple flavours of sour cherry and other red berries. Best drunk now.
This herbal-driven, lemony lighter white is a blend of Gros Manseng, Arrufiac and Petit Courbu, the ancestral grapes of the Pyrenean foothills. This wine is named Les Vines Retrouvées (the rediscovered vines) as a tribute to the grapes' history in the South West. Hedgerow, lemongrass and a ringing riverstone minerality throughout, streaked with a quenching lemon-rind acidity and lined with a scrubby herbal lees. Enjoy this vibrant, honest, authentic white with mussels, clams or other shellfish. Fantastic value.
Dense purple in colour with a cedary nose of blueberry pie; full-bodied, dry, richly extracted, sweet blackberry and blueberry flavours with a note of dark chocolate on the finish.
The ruby-plum colour signals great concentration of flavour: the nose is cedary, spicy blackberry with notes of rust; full-bodied, dry, richly extracted earthy, blackberry flavours fill the palate with ripe tannins. Hold five years.
Pale yellow. Shy nose, minerally with buttery notes. Soft on the palate, round mouthfeel, well balanced. Simple fruity taste and ready to drink so don't wait.
