Enticing lemon citrus and tropical fruit accented by floral scents give way to citrus and green apple flavours supported by lively acidity in a smoothly rounded package. Finely balanced and finishing with refreshingly dry grip, this is disciplined Burgundian style with an Okanagan accent.
A soft and easy-drinking Aligoté with apple, pear, banana and citrus. Good length. Chill well and serve with shellfish.
Ruby colour. Fine nose of red and black fruits without the vegetal notes sometimes found in Chilean red wines. Full bodied, it fills the mouth; its tannins are finely grained and barely rough. Ready to drink and quite delicious.
Very pale. Typical Chenin Blanc nose: rich notes of quince and other yellow fruits with discreet wet wool and limestone. Equally rich in the mouth; fine acidity, ripe fruity taste, thick texture in the well balanced mid-palate and a pleasant finish. Excellent now, it can age 8–10 more years.
Such a beautiful nose of fresh crushed cherries, rhubarb, raspberry, bramble, minerals and perfectly harmonic spice notes. It has bright and penetrating red fruits and wood spice on the palate and shows depth, complexity and concentration through the finish, yet maintains freshness to the end. You can cellar this lovely Pinot for 3+ years.
With asparagus, spring pea and youthful green herbs, this Adelaide Hills Savvy is at once quite intense and quite sophisticated. Blanketed with a fine cushion of herbal lees, this stainless-steel white streams lemon and white grapefruit through to the snappy, white pepper dusted finish. If you're ever missing spring, drink this. Best appreciated cellar temperature.
