Shows densely concentrated colour, fairly shy but subtle spice with a floral note and subdued dark fruit on the nose. Deeply concentrated dark berry and blackcurrant fruit emerge on the palate, supported by velvety tannins, well-balanced acidity and a touch of dark chocolate. Needs time to open up and integrate more fully. Give it 3 to 5 additional years in the cellar.
