A blend of primarily Cab Franc with Gamay and Pinot Noir acting as backstop. 24 hours of skin contact has produced a vibrant pink colour. Herbal, violets, cassis, cherry, tobacco, herbal, spice and cocoa are all present. Charcuterie and smoked salmon come to mind.
