A blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Mourvédre. Like most Provence rosés, very pale pink in colour with a bouquet of red liquorice and red plum backed by wood spice; full-bodied, dry, mouth-filling and unctuous on the palate with cherry and plum flavours.
