From pioneering winery co-op KWV, this easy, lightly oaked Chardy was sourced from various spots around the Cape, and partially (40%) barrel rested for 4 months. Yellow apple, lemon, melon and white peach with a buttery mid and a warming, short finish. Soft on the palate and with a solid dose of RS, this should be well chilled and drunk soon.
