Elegantly ripe raspberry with cinnamon and white pepper on the nose, giving way to red cherry flavours, with moderately firm velvety tannins, bright acidity and a splash of milk chocolate on the palate. Makes a flexible pairing with charcuterie, rare roast beef and salmon. Better with another year or 2 in the cellar to soften youthful acidity.
