100% Pinot Noir. Bright light ruby colour. Delicate nose of sweet red berries and a touch of oak for complexity. Rather light in body and concentration, the fresh fruity taste is paired with drying tannins that turn slightly bitter and astringent in the finish. Not at its best on its own, it was a revelation with charcuterie, namely rabbit terrine. Drink up.
