This dry-hopped Belgian pale ale is another flagship from Hill Farmstead. Aromas of pineapple, resin and passion fruit derive from American and New Zealand hops, with a subtle barnyard note from the brewery’s house yeast, a mixed culture that includes Brettanomyces. The beer’s medium-low carbonation gives it a creamy mouthfeel and a pronounced bitter finish dries out the mouth, leaving you wanting more.
