Australian take on an Italian grape, could be mistaken for Sauvignon Blanc. Clear pale yellow, with a medium-strength nose of lime, nettle, gooseberry and a hint of smoke. Light-bodied with lemon and lime flavours. Crisp acidity makes it a good match with herbed fish. Drink up.
