Lean and tight, with lemon, melon, green apple and grass on a thin, steely frame to a shorter, snappy finish. The Grigio comes from three Stellenbosch vineyards around 200 m altitude and from vines 5 to 34-years-old. The wine spent 2 months on the lees in stainless, where it was blended with 9% Sauvignon Blanc and 2% Chenin. Crisp, shining and lively, chill and crack now.
