This Riesling is always one of the stars from Niagara’s benchlands. Even though there is 30 g/l of sugar, the extremely high acid brings the wine down to the point of off-dryness on the palate. It is rich and mouth-coating with all of its lime juice, blood orange, smoky minerals, white flowers and apricot. It will also age well over the next 3 to 4 years.
