If you see the term Feinherb on a bottle of German wine, it means it’s slightly sweet. A great bargain, this gorgeous wine has a nose of honey, lime and warm hay. Light in body, it fairly dances on the palate with sweet, honeyed grapefruit and mineral flavours, ending on a note of tarragon. Chill and serve as an apéritif or with pork dishes.
