Christophe Bartomieu is the inventor of ice cider and one of its best producers, using exclusively the cryoextraction method. Amber colour. Nose of cooked apple skin, brown sugar, dried tropical fruits and a touch of mint-like freshness. Taste follows on the same theme with great flavour concentration and intensity. Sweet but not excessively so; not syrupy at all. Impressive.
