Very pale. Seductive notes of pineapple, ripe pear and other tropical fruits are not masked by any oak but a hint of dry stone shows up, followed by evolving dried herbs and pastry. Mouthfeel has a good roundness and adequate acidity yet balance is slightly leaning towards the rich alcohol content. Drink now on white meat in creamy sauce.
