Dessert wine. Mainly Trebbiano grapes were dried for several months on cane matting. Then matured for over 4 years in cherry-wood, oak and chestnut 100-litre kegs. Amber colour. Pungent, concentrated hazelnut, ginger, apricot, orange and caramel aromas and flavours. Lively acidity balances the richness. Rum-raisin and oxidative notes on the long, lovely, captivating finish. Drink now through 2020.
