Fermented entirely with indigenous yeasts, it unfolds beguiling floral, berry-fruit and honeyed Muscat scents. An array of fruit flavours on the palate show honeyed lemon, tangerine, subtle nuances of red berries and orchard fruit, backed by signature bright acidity and minerality. Finish is off-dry with a refreshingly gentle spritz.
