Tortellini Pesto Salad
1 c Mayonnaise 2 c Tortellini, cooked 1/4 c Parmesan cheese 1 c Julienne zucchini 1/4 c Chopped parsley 1 c Julienne carrots 2 Minced garlic cloves 1 c Cherry tomato halves 1 1/2 ts Crushed basil leaves 1/2 c Chopped walnuts 2 tb Milk Combine first six ingredients. Add remaining ingredients except walnuts. Chill. Add walnuts before serving. Makes 4 servings. |
