SEASONING MIX 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika 1 teaspoon dried basil 3/4 teaspoon onion powder 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme 1 dash white pepper 1/2 dash cayenne 1/2 pound shrimp -- peeled & deveined 3/4 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup green bell pepper -- chopped 1/4 cup celery -- chopped 1 1/2 bay leaves 3/4 cup apple juice -- in all 1/2 teaspoon garlic -- minced 1 cup fresh tomato* -- diced 1/4 cup tomato sauce 1/2 cup fish stock 3/4 quart cooked rice Combine all the seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
