Peasant-Style Spaghetti
1 tb Minced garlic 1 lb Tomatoes; peeled & chopped 1 tb Oil 5 oz Prosciutto; minced 1/2 ts Black pepper 1/4 ts Ground oregano 12 oz Spaghetti; cooked & drained Chopped parsley Grated Parmesan cheese Saute garlic and tomatoes in hot oil in skillet until tender, about 5 minutes. Add prosciutto, pepper and oregano. Reduce heat and simmer until ingredients are blended, about 2 to 3 minutes. Toss with spaghetti and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with Parmesan cheese. |
