Jeff's Spaghetti Sauce

1 | pound | hamburger meat, browned, drained of fat/grease | |
15 | oz | can whole tomatoes, with juice | |
12 | oz | can tomato paste | |
15 | oz | can tomato sauce | |
3 | tablespoon | olive oil | |
1/2 | cup | water | |
1 | teaspoon | basil | |
1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
1/2 | teaspoon | pepper | |
1 | teaspoon | oregano | |
1 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
1/2 | teaspoon | onion powder | |
1/2 | teaspoon | worcestershire sauce | |
1/2 | teaspoon | lemon juice (concentrate) | |
1/8 | teaspoon | thyme | |
1/4 | teaspoon | marjoram | |
1 | pn | rosemary | |
1 | each | whole bay leaf | |
1 | pn | parsley, dried, or flakes | |
2 | tablespoon | grated parmesan cheese | |
Directions: | |||
Combine all except the grated parmesan cheese. Simmer covered, 30 minutes over low heat. Add grated parmesan and simmer additional 15 minutes. Serve over hot pasta noodles. Sprinkle more cheese on top. |
