Hashbrown Picante Quiche
1/4 cup margarine or butter -- melted
1/2 bag shredded hashbrowns
1/2 cup cheddar cheese -- grated
2/3 cup picante sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese -- shredded
5 eggs -- beaten
1/2 cup milk
Sausage -- sliced
In 1-quart dish, melt margarine in the microwave. Add hashbrowns, grated cheese , picante sauce and sliced sausage. Combine the eggs and milk and shake in quic he shake or whisk. Pour over other ingredients. Microwave on high until center comes clean with knife, about 5 minutes. Recipe from "One Million Recipes CD"
