Crock- Pot Chili
2 (15 1/2 oz.) mild chili beans 1 (15 1/2 oz.) tomatoes 2 pounds deer burger -- browned or hamburger 2 medium onions -- coarsely chopped 1 green pepper -- coarsely chopped 2 cloves garlic -- crushed 3 tbsp. chili powder 1 1/2 tablespoons salt 1 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon cumin 2 celery stalks -- chopped Put all ingredients in crock-pot in order listed. Stir once. Cover and cook o n low for 8 hours. Yields: 6 servings. |
