Cheesy Rice and Beef
1 can tomato soup 1/3 cup milk 1 tablespoon parsley -- chopped 2 cups rice -- cooked 2 cups ground beef -- cooked and drained 1/2 cup onion -- chopped 1 cup mozzarella cheese -- shredded In large bowl, combine soup, milk and parsley; stir to blend. Stir in rice, beef and onions. Turn into a 10x6" pan. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
