1 c Unsweetened apple juice

1 c Water

1/2 c Raisins

1/2 ts Ground cinnamon

Recipe by: The New McDougall Cookbook Preparation Time: 0:05 : Combine all fo the ingredients in a sacuepan. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce the heat, and cook for 40 mintues. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. This may also be made in a slow cooker overnight.
