Bean and Sausage Casserole
-Waldine Van Geffen 1 lb Smoked Sausage; Cut 1" Piece 1 pk Frozen Lima Beans; 10oz 3/4 c Ketchup
1 cn Baked Beans; 21oz 2 tb Packed Brown Sugar
1 cn Kidney Beans; Drained 1/2 ts Salt
1 cn Great Northern Beans; 15-1/2 1/2 ts Dry Mustard
-oz, Drained 1/8 ts Pepper 1 sm Onion; Chopped
Heat oven to 400~. Rinse frozen lima beans with cold water to separate. Mix lima, baked, kidney and northern beans, onion and sausage in ungreased 2-1/2-quart casserole. Mix remaining ingredients; stir into bean mixture.
Cover and bake 40 to 50 minutes or until hot and bubbly. -----
