5 Lb. bananas
Sauce: 1 C. sugar
3 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. water
1 egg
1 Bag crushed salted peanuts
Peel bananas and cut into 1 1/2 inch lengths. Simmer sauce on stove. Crush peanuts. Roll bananas in sauce and then in nuts.
