Strawberry Bolle
Glass used: White wine glass
3 bottles chilled Apple cider
1 bottle chilled Champagne
1 kg Strawberries, sliced, hulled
8 tblsp Sugar
Sprinkle strawberries with sugar, add one bottle cider. Chill for several hours. To serve, pour into large bowl with ice, add the rest of the wine. Serve in small wine glasses.
