Glass used: Cocktail Glass
1 1/4 oz Bacardi(R) 151 rum
1/2 oz creme de noyaux
6 oz pineapple juice
1 splash grenadine syrup
Pour ingredients into a shaker over ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and enjoy. Float a small amount of dark rum on top for a little added flavor.
