2 oz light rum
3 tsp brown sugar
3 slices limes
4 - 6 oz San Pellegrino(R) chinotto soda
3 drops Angostura(R) bitters
Muddle the sugar into the lime wedges in an highball glass. Fill half glass with ice cubes. Pour the rum and angostura into the glass. Stir well. Fill with chinotto, and serve.
