Cabaret Martini
Glass used: Cocktail Glass
3 oz gin
1 1/2 oz Dubonnet(R) Rouge vermouth
4 dashes Angostura(R) bitters
4 dashes Pernod(R) licorice liqueur
Pour the gin, Dubonnet, Angostura bitters and Pernod into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime twist, and serve.
