Top 7 Online Shopping Sites

Finding great home decor stores online shouldn’t be hard, but sometimes what we’re looking for is something really unique or a high class brand at an affordable price. Next time you shop, browse one of these seven online stores.

An online retailer that specializes in liquidating excess inventory, Overstock has a wide range of products available. If you’re looking for something specific for your home, check here first.

Another all purpose online store, Wayfair has more of a bent towards the house and home. With over 5000 brands and free shipping on select items, it is worth the time it takes to sift through the extraneous items to find that one gem.

West Elm

Specializing in home furnishing and decor, the site is easy to browse. If you’re not quite sure what you want, you can lose yourself for hours.

Toted as Groupon for home decor, their sales change weekly and are first-come, first-serve… so keep your trigger fingers ready. Unfortunately for our friends across the pond, they don’t ship outside North America… yet.

A product of Wayfair, AllModern offers original contemporary and modern design. Their collections bridge every room in the house and even venture into the outdoors (aka, the backyard). For shoppers in the UK, visit the Wayfair’s UK site.

A bit pricier than the rest of the sites on my list, this is the place I go for the cool and eclectic. A fashion-turned-everything-for-the-home retailer, they have a wide selection of products that will add some funk to your home.

1st Dibs

This is the online store for the antique and vintage lovers. You can even search by time period – my favourite feature – and, as an added bonus, they ship anywhere. Really.
