100% cotton, the Jane Rug is hand-woven in India, which means that each rug varies slightly in  colour and size so that each rug is truly unique. It is soft, lightweight, well-made and reversible, designed to fit in any space from the bedroom to the stairs and the front entry. That being said, it cannot be used in the bathroom (probably for the best).

This is a very thin rug, so a rug pad is a necessity to prevent it from slipping on hardwood floors. It also won’t have the plush feeling of thicker rugs. The woven design may shed a bit and isn’t recommended for spaces where animals (and their claws) often travel.

The Jane Rug comes in seven different sizes – 2’x3’, 4’x6’, 6’x9’ 8’x10’, 9’x12’, Runner 2’6”x8’, Runner 2’6”x12’ – and requires hand washing with a mild detergent to keep clean.
