Rainy Day Recipes & Reads

By / Food / July 24th, 2015 / 2

I see a rainy summer day as an opportunity to slow-down and change gears.  Summer is so short-lived in this part of the world, I feel a need to take full advantage of every sunny, warm moment outdoors. When it rains, I somehow give myself permission to relax a little, read a little and take my time in the kitchen. Here are my favourite rainy day recipes…and my all-time favourite summer reads.

Recipes

Pasta Primavera

Roasted Garlic Bread

Coconut Crème Caramel

Reads

Life of Pi, Yann Martel

The Picture of Dorian Gray, Oscar Wilde

In Search of Bill Clinton: A Psychological Biography, John Gartner
