A little (or a lot) of indulgence over a long holiday weekend can wreak havoc on our bodies. A few drinks, an extra serving, sweets, lack of exercise and less sleep can leave you feeling off kilter come Tuesday morning. It’s time to get back on track! Your body and mind will thank you for it.

The weather is warmer, the days longer. Get out there and skip the gym.
