A Funny Thing Happened This Morning

I know someone whose stomach starts to twist into knots on Sunday afternoon, simply because his mind has turned to work on Monday. It really doesn’t have to be that way. Really. It may sound simplistic, but thinking happy thoughts does a lot to ease the stress. It’s a cheap and healthy way to start the week off on the right foot and with the right attitude. Learning how to look at the upside of every situation can even help you decide to leave an unpleasant work environment and find one that suits you best. In the meantime, starting each day with a little humour, is sure to make everything seem better.
