Wynn’s John Riddoch Cabernet Sauvignon

By / Wine + Drinks / May 20th, 2010 / 2

Still very youthful, but shows some bottle development with restrained black currant, fine spice, mineral and a hint of eucalyptus on the nose. Lightly sweet black currant and blackberry flavours are tightly wound in a firm tannic grip with assertive youthful acidity. Needs time.
