A big-hearted personality, Prancers are nurturers that are always concerned for others. They’re the first to help, be it cleaning up after the holiday party or supporting you as you work to achieve your goal. A cocktail for a Prancer personality must evoke emotion, just as they do.

Cooper Tardivel, a Vancouver bartender at Hawksworth Restaurant has combined the perfect flavours in his Prancer cocktail.

2 oz Woodford Reserve
10 ml Hazelnut Syrup
3 dashes Chocolate Bitters
Cinnamon Stick
Coconut water frozen into a large ice cube

Put coconut water ice cube into a glass and pour all ingredients over it. Garnish with an orange twist and smoldering cinnamon stick.
