Dancer

The name says it all – Dancers are extroverts who love to dance through a crowd, drawing attention and working the room the way only they can. A carefree, social spirit needs a carefree cocktail – something light and refreshing; something that won’t slow them down as they chat with their new (and old) best friends.

The Dancer cocktail was also created by those intrepid Wizards of the West.

1 1/2 oz Woodford Reserve
1/2 oz Pimento Dram
1/2 oz Simple syrup
1 oz Lemon juice
1 Egg white
Degroff’s pimento bitters

Add Woodford Reserve, pimento dram, simple syrup, lemon juice and egg white to a mixing tin. Seal tin and shake once to begin the frothing process. Add ice to tin and shake again. Strain out ice and shake a third, final time. Double strain into chilled coupe glass and top with Degroff’s pimento bitters.
