Dasher

Like the suave advertising professionals in the show Mad Men, Dashers prefer classic, spirit-forward cocktails. A serious drink for a serious leader.

The following recipe was crafted and developed by the Wizards of the West, Toronto bartenders Zak Doy from Rushlane and Kris Bahamondes from The Drake.

2 oz Woodford Reserve
1/2 oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
1/2 oz Amaro Nonino
1 dash Orange Bitters

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir. Strain into a rocks glass filled with one large ice cube or ice ball. Garnish with a single skewered cherry.
