Sonoma Creek Cabernet Sauvignon

By / Wine + Drinks / March 16th, 2010 / 1

Bouquet shows dry savoury herb with rather shy black currant fruit, hints of bell pepper and a pinch of clove and cinnamon. Rich blackberry and dark chocolate flavours come wrapped in a thickly textured package, finishing with still integrating fruit and astringently dry tannins. Powerful, but needs time.
